摘要
分析了影响粉状炸药凉药效果的主要因素,比较了几种传统的凉药设备。提出了使物料颗粒处于悬浮、紊流状态的原则设计连续冷却设备,按此原则设计制造的试验设备,具有良好的冷却效果,可满足3~5 t/h生产能力的凉药需要。
This paper analyzed the main factors influencing the cooling effect of the powder explosive,and compared several traditional colling equipment,proposed continuous cooling equipment in the principle to make the material particles in a turbulent suspension state. The equipment designed based on the principles and manufactured,has good cooling effect,meeting the requirement of 3 ~ 5 t / h cooling capacity.
