摘要 对酒钢2号高炉开炉后装料制度调整过程进行了总结。通过确定适宜的料线、合理的布料模式、布料矩阵和批重,使上部装料制度和现有的送风制度相匹配,稳定上部煤气流分布,维持了高炉稳定顺行。通过后期逐步调整风口布局,下部改善送风制度,上部稳定优化装料制度,使上下部调剂相合理,形成合理的操作炉型,实现了高炉长时间稳定顺行,取得较好的生产指标,燃料比降至555 kg/t。 Optimization of No. 2 blast furnace charging system in Jiuquan iron & steel was summarized. By determining appropriate material line,reasonable distribution pattern,fabric matrix and batch weight,the upper charging system and current blast system was matched,upper gas flow distribution was stablized,stable operation of the blast furnace was maintained. By gradually adjusting the layout of the air outlet-improving air supply system at lower part and optimizing charging system at the upper part,reasonable furnace operation was formed,long time stable operation of blast furnace was realized with better production index,fuel ratio dropped to 555 kg / t.
