摘要
利用离子交换原理在Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2玻璃表面引入钾离子与银离子,制备载银高强度抗菌玻璃。采用表面应力仪、能谱分析(EDS)、分光光度计以及抗菌实验对样品进行分析表征,研究离子交换时间对玻璃表层银含量、玻璃的透过率和抗菌率的影响规律。研究结果表明:两步离子交换法能够制备出高透过率的抗菌玻璃;抗菌玻璃的载银量随着交换时间的增加而增多,抗菌性能优异,抗菌率大于95%,符合优等品抗菌性能的标准。
Controlling the switching time,a layer containing potassium ion and silver ion was created in the Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2 glass surface by ion exchange principle and then silver-doped glass was prepared.Analysis about products was realized based on surface stress analyzer,energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),spectrophotometer and antibacterial test.We researched how different silver ion exchange time influenced silver content,transmittance,antibacterial properties.Investigation results shows that high transmittance antibacterial glass can be produced by two-step ion exchange process and the silver content increases with the increase of silver ion exchange time.The antibacterial rate of the glass is more than 95% and is in conformity with the standard of the top product.
