High Quality Diatomite as Function Carrier Material in Purification

摘要 采用擦洗、酸浸、碱浸、煅烧等工艺对吉林长白山矿区选矿硅藻土进行提纯处理,作为功能载体材料。通过SEM及比表面积分析研究了不同提纯方法对硅藻土表面形貌及比表面积、孔道结构的影响,提出了不同提纯方法各自的最优方案并比较了四种提纯方法对硅藻土比表面积的影响,结果为碱溶硅藻精土比表面积为32.9 m2/g,其对硅藻土的比表面积和孔体积增幅最大,作为药辅、食品保健功能载体材料较优。 The use of scrubbing,acid leaching,alkaline leaching and calcining on purifing the low-grade diatomite in Changbai Jilin were studied. The surface morphology and specific surface area was characterized by SEM and N_2 adsorption-desorption methods. We confirmed the optimal way of each purification methods on the diatomite. The influences of the four purification methods on the specific surface area of diatomite was also studied. It was found that the method of alkali treating increased the specific surface area and the pore volume was the largest. The specific surface area of the alkali-soluble diatomite was 32. 9 m^2/ g and it was more suitable for use as the auxiliary of medicine,food and health care function carrier material.
