摘要
本文主要阐述了典型的Ⅱ-Ⅵ族化合物CdSe薄膜的研究现状。利用电化学沉积法、化学水浴沉积法、热蒸发沉积法等不同的薄膜制备工艺制备CdSe薄膜,并对CdSe薄膜在太阳能电池和光电器件等几个方面的优势进行分析,且对CdSe薄膜将来的发展趋势进行了讨论和展望。
There reviewed the recent development status of the CdSe films. The CdSe films have been prepared by different means,such as electrodeposition, chemistry water bath deposition, thermal evaporation and so on. Advantages of the CdSe films were analyzed for the fields of the solar cells and the photoelectric device. The development tendency of the CdSe films were also briefly discussed and expected.
