摘要
为了探究不同因素对低水胶比混凝土干燥收缩的影响机理并有效预测混凝土收缩发展的规律,本文研究了不同掺量硅灰(5%、10%、20%),不同掺量粉煤灰(30%、40%、50%),不同细度以及不同粉磨方式(振动磨和球磨)对低水胶比混凝土干缩性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着硅灰掺量的增加,混凝土的干燥收缩略有增加;粉煤灰有利于减少低水胶比混凝土的干缩,且细度越小,干缩值降低的越多;不同磨机粉磨的同一粒径的粉煤灰,其干缩性能相差较小。
In order to explore the different factors on the low water-binder ratio influence mechanism of the drying shrinkage of concrete and effective to predict the rules of the development of the shrinkage of concrete,the silica fume( 5%,10%,20%),fly ash( 30%,40%,50%),different fineness and different grinding ways( vibration mill and ball mill) on the properties of low water-binder ratio concrete shrinkage are reserched. Results show that with the increase of dosage of silica fume,the drying shrinkage of concrete increases slightly. And help reduce low water-binder ratio of fly ash drying shrinkage of concrete,and the fineness of the thinner,reduce dry shrinkage value the more. The same particle size of fly ash of different grinding machine grinding,drying shrinkage performance difference is small.
