摘要
应用建筑垃圾生产再生骨料时会产生粒径小于0.075 mm的再生粉料。系统研究了粒径为0.045 mm、0.075mm的再生粉料对水泥净浆流动度、活性指数及制备混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:随着再生粉料掺量的增加,水泥净浆流动度、胶砂活性指数均呈现下降趋势;制备的混凝土抗压强度呈现先增后降的趋势。当再生粉料掺量为10%,混凝土抗压强度呈现最大值。
Recycled pulverized fodder which particle size is less than 0. 075 mm was generated when using construction waste to produce recycled aggregate. The paper systematically researched the recycled pulverized fodder in different sizes,which are 0. 045 mm and 0. 075 mm respectively,affected on the fluidity of cement paste,activity index and the performances of prepared concrete. The results showed that the fluidity of cement paste and activity index of mortar decreased with the dosage of recycled pulverized fodder was increased. While the compressive strength of concrete increased firstly and then decreased. The compressive strength of concrete reached a maximum value with the dosage of it was 10%.
