摘要
汽轮机的安全稳定运行是发电厂稳定输出电力的重要基础。而汽轮机油的使用是汽轮机正常运行的重要保障条件。磷酸酯抗燃油已逐步取代传统矿物汽轮机油成为大容量高参数发电机组调节保护系统和旁路系统的工作介质。本文综合分析了磷酸酯抗燃油劣化对机组的影响及目前对劣化抗燃油进行再生处理的方法,发现抗燃油发生劣化后应及时再生处理,常用的硅藻土、XDK吸附剂或极性硅铝等吸附剂的吸附性能有限,需要提高,为以后磷酸酯抗燃油劣化再生研究提出了发展方向。
The safe and stable operation of the steam turbine is an important basis for stable output power in power plant. And using turbine oil is the important guarantee for the normal operation of the turbine.Phosphate ester fire-resistant oil has been gradually replacing the traditional mineral oil turbine units as the working media of large capacity and high parameter adjustment protection system and bypass system.This paper analyzes the impact of fire resistance oil deterioration for the unit and the methods of the deterioration resistant oil regeneration process. It is found that it should be regenerated when the fireresistant oil had deteriorated. The adsorption properties of conventional adsorbents,such as diatomite,XDK adsorbent and polar silica-alumina,is limited,and it need to improve. It is proposed the development of regeneration of phosphate ester fire resistance oil degradation.
