摘要
针对产线产生的硅质析晶,从粉料混合及熔化、澄清等环节对石英析晶的产生机理及解决措施进行了分析研究。分析得出石英析晶的出现是由于熔化的玻璃液不均匀、玻璃层富硅、铂金通道供料冷却段及成型区域为其提供了合适的生长温度而引起的。
For silicon crystallization production inproduced line,the mechanism of crystallization of quartz and measures were analyzed from these aspects of powder mixed,melting and clarifying. It can be known that quartz crystallization occurs because of uniformglass liquid,the glass layer silicon rich,the cooling sectionof platinum channel feed and forming region providing a suitable growth temperature.
