空间用抗辐照玻璃的二次电子发射系数及测量

摘要 采用脉冲电子枪法对空间用抗辐照玻璃进行了二次电子发射系数的测量,解决了玻璃等绝缘材料测量时表面充电导致无法测量的问题,获得了典型的二次电子发射系数特征曲线,研究了玻璃组成及钢化处理对玻璃二次电子发射系数的影响。空间用抗辐照玻璃的二次电子发射特性的测量和研究,为航天器表面材料带电研究提供了重要的参考和依据。 The secondary electron emission yield( SEY) of antiradiation glass used in space was measured using pulse electron gun method. The method reduced surface charging effect in measurement and the typical characteristic curves ware obtained. The influence of glass composition and chemically-strengthen treatment on SEY was researched. The measurement and research of antiradiation glass used in space can be as reference to research of spacecraft's surface charging effect.
