SiO_2和Al_2O_3对PbO-ZnO-B_2O_3玻璃结构与性能的影响

摘要 PbO-ZnO-B_2O_3体系玻璃是低温气密性封装的基础材料之一。Pb O含量高时,玻璃有较强的析晶倾向,其烧结性能受烧结过程中软化温度与析晶温度的影响。添加SiO_2和Al2O3可调节玻璃的结构与性能。SiO_2在Pb O-ZnOB_2O_3体系玻璃中有增强玻璃稳定性、减弱析晶倾向的作用,同时可显著降低玻璃的膨胀系数;Al2O3对玻璃性能影响不明显,单独添加Al_2O_3还容易促进玻璃网络分相;通过SiO_2和Al_2O_3共添加可获得较好的抑制玻璃粉体析晶的效果,得到膨胀系数和烧结温度都相对较低的封接玻璃。 PbO-Zn O-B_2O_3 system glass is one of the fundamental material of low temperature hermetic package. The glass is easy to be crystallization with high content of Pb O,while its sealing performance is influenced by the softening and crystallization temperature. SiO_2 can be applied to increase the stability and depress the devitrification of Pb O-Zn O-B_2O_3 system glass,with the significant effect on decreasing coefficient of expansion. Al_2O_3 has no obvious effect on glass performance,and the separately addition of Al2 O3 can promote phase-separating in glass. A sealing glass with low sealing temperature and relatively low coefficient of expansion can be obtained with the both addition of SiO_2 and Al_2O_3.
