Testing and research status of toughened glass fragments status was described briefly.Development principle of SPJC-1 software for toughened glass fragment status detection was expounded.Using conditions and detection function of detection software was introduced. Fragment count accuracy,fragment count repeatability, calibration position accuracy, and calibration position repeatability verification were corried out to ensuret softwar testing accuracy,repeatability and reliability.
