粉煤灰尾渣碱融水热合成高性能13X分子筛 被引量:3

摘要 以分离漂珠和酸溶性金属化合物后的粉煤灰尾渣为原料,经高温碱融水热法合成13X分子筛,通过使用超声震荡,并引入13X晶种,有效降低了晶化时间。以Ca^(2+)交换能力为指标,并运用XRD,SEM,FT-IR,TG-DTG对生成的13X分子筛进行了探究。结果表明:在700℃下碱融活化3 h后,粉煤灰的石英和莫来石晶体结构被完全破坏。碱度(n(Na_2O)∶n(SiO_2))=2.0,碱融温度700℃,晶化温度80℃,晶化时间8 h,在此条件下生成了纯净的13X分子筛,粒径约为0.7μm,钙离子的交换能力为281.68 mg/g。 13X molecular sieves were synthesized by high temperature alkali melting hydrothermal method using fly ash tailings after separation of floating beads and acid-soluble metal compounds.By using ultrasonic vibration and introducing 13X crystal seeds,the crystallization time was effectively reduced.The Ca2+exchange capacity was used as an index,and XRD,SEM,FT-IR,and TG-DTG were used to investigate the 13X molecular sieves formed.The results show that the quartz and mullite crystal structures of fly ash are completely destroyed after alkali thawing at 700℃for 3 h.Alkalinity(n(Na2O)∶n(SiO2))=2.0,alkali melting temperature 700℃,crystallization temperature 80℃,crystallization time 8 h,pure 13X molecular sieves are produced under this condition,and the particle size is about 0.7μm.The calcium ion exchange capacity is 281.68 mg/g.
