摘要
微裂技术可以有效减轻水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石基层的收缩开裂,研究了微裂技术对水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石材料收缩性能的影响。首先,以响应面为基础进行微裂程度控制模型的建立,其次通过室内干缩试验和温缩试验研究了微裂作用对水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石材料收缩特性的影响,分析和评价了不同微裂时间、微裂程度作用下水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石愈合过程中收缩性能的变化规律。结果表明:微裂作用可有效降低水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的早期干缩应力和早期温缩系数,在养护期第2 d实施微裂,微裂程度为40%时效果最佳。
Micro-cracking technology can effectively reduce the shrinkage cracking of cement fly ash stabilized macadam base.The influence of microcracking technology on the shrinkage performance of cement fly ash stabilized macadam was studied.Firstly,the response surface to establish a control model was used,and then the effect of micro-cracking on the shrinkage characteristics of the cement fly ash stabilized macadam material was studied,the variation of shrinkage properties under different microcracking time and micro-cracking degree through indoor shrinkage test and temperature shrinkage test was analyzed and evaluated.The results show that:micro-cracking can effectively reduce the early dry shrinkage stress and early temperature coefficient of cement fly ash stabilized macadam,the best effect is second days in the period of health preservation and the degree of micro-cracking is 40%.
