摘要
以拜耳法赤泥、玻璃粉和钾长石为原料,采用可燃物燃尽发泡法制备了轻质保温陶瓷。研究了不同煅烧温度对试样物理性能的影响,并对烧结试样的微观结构、物相以及碱溶出进行了分析。结果表明:试样最佳煅烧温度为1070℃;试样气孔为闭口孔,呈密排六方分布;主要物相是霞石,碱溶出量很少。
Using Bayer red mud,glass powder and potassium feldspar as raw materials,light-weight thermal insulation ceramics were prepared by combustible material burnout foaming method.The effects of calcination temperature on the physical properties of the sintered samples were studied.The microstructure,phase and alkali dissolution of the sintered samples were also analyzed.The results show that when the optimum calcining temperature is 1070℃;the pores are closed pores,and the pores structure of it is hexagonal close packed;the main phase is nepheline,and there is little alkali dissolution.
