摘要
以泥灰岩为原料,研究煅烧温度、保温时间、消化用水量对制备天然水硬性石灰的影响。采用X射线衍射仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、TG-DSC对泥灰岩粉体、煅烧中间产物和消化样品进行了表征。实验室制备的天然水硬性石灰主要有C_2S与Ca(OH)_2组成。此外,利用激光粒度分析仪分析粒度、白度仪分析样品白度,与商用NHL2近似,通过对产品进行抗压和抗折强度测试,其达到欧洲标准BS.EN 459-2015中NHL2的要求。
The effect of sintering temperature,dwelling time,and water demand of slaking on the preparation of natural hydraulic lime from marlstone as the raw material was studied.The raw material and natural hydraulic lime were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,and TG-DSC.Lab-made natural hydraulic lime is composed of C2S and Ca(OH)2.In addition,the particle size distribution,whiteness of the final products were analyzed using a laser particle size analyzer and whiteness meter and it is similar to commercial NHL2.The compressive and flexural strength of the product meet the requirement of NHL2 in Euro standard BS.EN 459-2015.
