摘要
以回收镁碳料、增碳剂、SiC、氧化铝微粉、塑性剂以及结合剂为原料制备了炼铁设备专用堵口炮泥。研究了一种复合物细粉对环保无水炮泥性能的影响。结果表明:(1)复合物细粉的添加不影响液体结合剂用量,炮泥的可塑性能保持稳定;(2)复合物细粉的添加有利于提高烧后炮泥的物理强度且能够改善炮泥结构的致密性。
The research is about the influence of anhydrous tap hole clay on properties by one kind of composite powder,based on the magnesia carbon based recycling material and carbon source as aggregate,Al2O3 micro-powder,silicon carbide and clay plasticizer as powder,and eco-friendly liquid as binder.The results show that:(1)The addition of composite powder has no effect on the amount of liquid binder added.And the plasticity property of tap hole clay can keep same.(2)The addition of composite powder is in favor of improving cold physical strength with room temperature and modulus of rupture with high temperature of tap hole clay after heating,as well as improving compactness of tap hole clay.
