电子化中西医结合临床路径在医疗质量管理中的应用研究

Application of integrative medicine electronic clinical pathway in medical quality management

目的:通过对我院单病种住院患者实施电子化中西医结合临床路径管理后的4个病种相关指标的分析,评价电子化中西医结合临床路径在我院的实施状况及运行效果,为医院医疗质量管理提供可借鉴的管理模式。方法:选择我院2012年5月至2014年4月期间入院病例数相对较多、诊断标准和治疗方案基本一致的4个病种作为纳入病种,包括老年性白内障、儿童支气管炎、脑梗死、短暂性脑缺血。其中将2013年5月至2014年4月期间收治入院并实施电子化中西医结合临床路径的患者为观察组;随机选择未实施电子化临床路径相同病种的患者为对照组,比较分析两组方法实施效果的差异。将所有数据输入Excel表格,经SPSS11.5软件处理,定量资料用t检验,定性资料用χ2检验,P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果:本研究评价的老年性白内障、儿童支气管炎、脑梗死、短暂性脑缺血4个病种实施电子化中西医结合临床路径后,平均住院费用及药品费用、平均住院日3项评价指标较对照组均明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在效果的综合评价后,电子化中西医结合临床路径管理模式在单病种医疗质量管理中具有良好的运行效果和推广应用价值。

Objective: To explore the implement effect of integrative electronic clinical pathway in single disease management,quality management in order to provide the referential management mode of medical management for the hospital. Methods: Related indicators of four kinds of diseases in hospitalized patients of the integrative medicine hospital after implementing the clinical path management were statistical analysed. Results: This study evaluated the senile cataract,children bronchitis, cerebral infarction, transient ischemic four diseases through the implementation of electronic integrative medicine clinical path management,which can shorten the average length of stay,reduce hospital costs and drug costs,improve patients’ satisfaction degree. Conclusion: Integrative electronic clinical pathway management model has a good effect and application value in single disease in medical quality management.
