摘要
目的观察栀子水煎液对高脂血症小鼠血脂代谢的影响。方法将40只健康雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、非诺贝特组和栀子水煎液组4组,每组10只。正常对照组喂饲基础饲料,其余3组喂饲高脂饲料制备高脂血症小鼠模型。非诺贝特组给予非诺贝特混悬液0.5 g/kg,栀子水煎液组给予栀子水煎液10 g/kg,正常对照组和高脂模型组每天给予同体积的生理盐水,各组均灌胃给药,每天给药1次,连续3周。观察各组小鼠体质量,摄食量,血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量变化。结果与高脂模型组比较,栀子水煎液组能显著降低高脂血症小鼠的体质量及血清TC,TG,LDL-C含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著提高HDL-C含量(P<0.05)。结论栀子水煎液具有调节血脂代谢的作用。
Objective To study the effects of Gardenia Decoction on blood lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic mice. Methods 40 healthy male mice were randomly divided into normal control group,hyperlipidemia group,the Fenofibrate group and the Gardenia Decoction group,10 cases each group. Besides the normal control group,all the mice in the other groups were fed with high-fat diet to produce hyperlipidemia models. The normal control group and hyerlipidemia group were treated with the same volume of normal sodium. The Fenofibrate group was treated with Fenofibrate at the dose of 0.5 g / kg,while the Gardenia Decoction group was treated with Gardenia Decoction at the dose of 10 g / kg. All mice were medicated intragastrically once a day. After 3 weeks,the weight,food intake,levels of serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were measured. Results Compared with the hyperlipidemia group,the weight and the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C in experimental hyperlipidemic mice of Gardenia Decoction group significantly reduced( P<0.05 or P<0.01),the level of serum HDL-C markedly increased( P<0.05). Conclusion Gardenia Decoction can regulate blood lipid metabolism.
