从茹清静教授对慢性重症肝病的病机及病理演变特点的认识、用药方法等方面,探讨茹教授的学术思想及临床经验。茹教授提出,慢性重症肝病属慢性虚损性疾病,证候多属本虚标实,治疗时强调固本以生正气,养肝以抵御外邪,温阳以增强机体抗御能力。

To explore professor RU Qingjing's academic thoughts and clinical experience on the basis of RU's understanding on the characteristics of pathogenesis,pathological evolution and medication methods related to chronic severe hepatopathy. On RU's view,it is a kind of chronic consumptive disease and mostly due to deficiency in root and excess in superficiality,the emphasis should be put on strengthening the root to promote vital Qi,nourishing the liver to resist external evil and warming Yang to strengthen the body's resistance.
