摘要
目的制定慢支胶囊中柚皮苷的含量测量方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定慢支胶囊中柚皮苷的含量,色谱条件为:C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60),检测波长为283 nm。并对准确度、精密度、专属性等进行方法学考察。结果柚皮苷在0.1952~1.9520μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=6.466×106X+8.342×103,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.38%,柚皮苷含量为15.05 mg/g。结论该方法灵敏、准确、重现性好、精密度高、专属性强,可作为慢支胶囊中柚皮苷的定量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for determining naringin in Manzhi Capsule. Methods The C18column( 4.6 mm×150 mm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water( 40 ∶ 60). The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm. Accuracy,precision and specificity were studied based on methodology. Results The linear range of naringin was within 0.1952 ~ 1.9520 μg. The regression equation was Y = 6.466 × 106 X + 8.342 × 103,r = 0.9999,the average recovery rate was 98.38% and the content of naringin was 15.05 mg / g. Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate and of good reproducibility,precision and specificity. It can be used to determine the naringin in Manzhi Capsule.
