皮纹小切口大隐静脉抽剥术治疗单纯性大隐静脉曲张90例临床观察

Clinical observation on dermatoglyph small incision saphenous vein stripping surgery in treating 90 cases of simple great saphenous vein varicose

目的观察采用皮纹小切口大隐静脉抽剥术治疗单纯性大隐静脉曲张患者的临床疗效。方法选取180例单纯性大隐静脉曲张患者,分为治疗组和对照组各90例。治疗组采用皮纹小切口大隐静脉抽剥术进行治疗,对照组采用传统手术进行治疗。比较2组患者手术切口大小、手术时间长短、术中出血量的多少、术后疼痛评分、术后首次下床时间、平均住院时间及术后并发症等。结果对照组手术切口长,失血多,疼痛评分高,术后疤痕面积大,术后首次下床时间、住院时间及术后并发症与治疗组比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论采用皮纹小切口大隐静脉抽剥术治疗单纯性大隐静脉曲张具有创伤小、恢复快、疼痛轻、并发症少、住院时间短等优点,且操作简单,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of dermatoglyph small incision saphenous vein stripping surgery in treating simple great saphenous vein varicose. Methods 180 cases were divided into the treatment group( 90 cases) treated by small dermatoglyph small incision saphenous vein stripping surgery,the control group( 90cases) treated with conventional surgical operation. Surgical incision size,operative duration,the amount of blood loss,postoperative pain score,first out-of-bed time,average length of hospital stay and postoperative complication in two groups were compared. Results All states in treatment group were superior to that in control group. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The dermatoglyph small incision saphenous vein stripping surgery in treating simple great saphenous vein varicose has less trauma,quicker recovery,less pain,fewer complications and shorter length of hospital stay. It is simple,effective and worth promoting.
