摘要
目的建立天冬的显微与薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。方法从贵州及周边收集天冬药材标本,对天冬块根进行徒手切片后进行图像采集系统摄像鉴别;薄层色谱鉴别中以菝葜皂苷元为对照品,石油醚-乙酸乙酯(3∶1)为展开剂对其块根进行鉴别。结果不同地区收集的天冬在显微特征上有一定差异,薄层色谱显色后,均在对照品相同的位置显相同颜色的斑点。结论研究结果可为其生药鉴别及进一步开发利用提供参考依据。
Objective To establish the TLC and microscopic identification methods for Radix asparagi. Me-t hods Specimens of Radix asparagi were collected from Guizhou and the surrounding areas,then the hand-sliced roots were identified by image acquisition system; sarsasapogenin was used as reference substance and petroleum ether-ethylacetate( 3 ∶ 1) was used as developing solvent in identifying the roots by TLC. Results The microscopic features of Radix asparagi collected from different areas had some certain differences. There were spots with same color appeared in the same place on reference substances after color development reaction. Conclusion The result can provide reference frame for the pharmacognostical identification and exploitation of Radix asparagi.
