舒心通胶囊对冠心病慢性充血性心力衰竭患者B型钠尿肽和射血分数的影响

Effect of Shuxintong Capsule on B-type natriuretic peptide and ejection fraction in patients with coronary heart disease complicated chronic congestive heart failure

目的观察舒心通胶囊对冠心病慢性充血性心力衰竭患者B型钠尿肽(BNP)和射血分数(EF)的影响。方法将150例冠心病慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组90例和对照组60例。对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加服舒心通胶囊,2.0 g/次,3次/d。治疗4周后进行临床疗效观察及相关检查验证。结果治疗组总有效率为92.22%,对照组为78.33%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组BNP均显著降低,EF均显著升高,与同组治疗前比较差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01),且治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论舒心通胶囊对冠心病慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的BNP和EF有显著影响,疗效显著,且无明显毒副作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Shuxintong Capsule on B-type natriuretic peptide( BNP) and ejection fraction( EF) in patients with coronary heart disease complicated chronic congestive heart failure( CHF).Methods 150 cases were randomly divided into treatment group( 90 cases) and control group( 60 cases). The control group received conventional treatment. The treatment group was given Shuxintong Capsule additionally. U sage: 3 times per day,orally taken 2.0 g per time,four weeks as one course. Then clinical efficacy was tested and verified. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.22% and of control group was 78.33%. There was a significant difference( P < 0. 05). BNP was decreased and EF was increased significantly after treatment.There was a significant difference( P<0.01). Meanwhile the improvement in treatment group was superior to control group,there was also a significant difference( P<0.05). Conclusion Shuxintong Capsule has a significant efficacy and no obvious side effects.
