通过典型病案,介绍刘国安教授辨证论治围绝经期综合征的经验。其认为围绝经期综合征的主要病机为肾虚,包括肾阴虚、肾阳虚及肾阴阳两虚,该病常涉及心、肝、脾等脏。其临证重视辨证论治、整体调治,注重滋肾养阴,佐以扶阳,并同时兼顾心火、肝郁、脾虚、痰湿及血瘀。

Introduced professor LIU Guoan's experience in treating climacterium. He found the pathogenesis of climacterium was kidney deficiency including deficiency of kidney-yin and kidney-yang as well as deficiency of both yin and yang. This disease was often related to heart,liver and spleen. In his clinical practice,LIU attached importance to syndrome differentiation and the whole recuperative medical care,while supplemented by invigorating yang. At the same time,factors such as heart fire,liver-qi depression,spleen deficiency,phlegm dampness and blood stasis were also taken into account. Several typical cases were presented for inspecting and v erifying.
