独一味胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节滑膜炎35例临床观察

Effect of Duyiwei Capsule plus sodium hydaluronate intraarticular injection in treating 35 cases of gonarthromeningitis

目的观察独一味胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法将60例膝关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组25例。对照组采用传统膝关节穿刺抽液并注射玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服独一味胶囊,2组均以3周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为72.0%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);2组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论独一味胶囊联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节滑膜炎有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Duyiwei Capsule plus sodium hydaluronate intraarticular injection in treating 35 cases of gonarthromeningitis. Methods 60 cases of gonarthromeningitis were randomly divided into treatment group( 35 cases) and control group( 25 cases). The control group was treated with traditional knee point tapping and sodium hydaluronate injection. Based on it,the treatment group was intervened Duyiwei Capsule additionally. 3 weeks was a period of treatment. Clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were observed.Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 94. 3% and 72. 0% respectively,there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05) and no any obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion The treatment is effective and safe,also well worthy of clinical popularization and application.
