小针刀治疗青少年项韧带炎30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of juveniles with nuchal ligmentitis treated with small needle knife

目的观察小针刀治疗青少年项韧带炎的临床疗效。方法选择2011年12月至2013年12月在我院进行治疗的青少年项韧带炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用牵引按摩治疗,治疗组30例采用小针刀治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为76.7%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组VAS评分比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),但2组VAS评分改善率比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论小针刀治疗青少年项韧带炎疗效肯定,操作简单,切口小,不用缝合,对人体组织损伤小,患者痛苦小、无恐惧感,且不易引起感染,无不良反应,患者易于接受。

Objective To observe the curative effect of small needle knife in treating juveniles with nuchal ligamentitis. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with traction and massage therapy while the patients in treatment group were treated by small needle knife. Curative effect and visual analogue scale / score( VAS) pain score of two groups were compared after treatment. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 96. 7% and 76. 7% respectively,there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no any difference in comparing VAS pain scores of two groups( P > 0. 05),but after treatment,there was a difference( P <0. 05). There was no any difference in comparing their improvement rates( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The small needle knife treatment has a determined curative effect. It's easy to operate as well as safe,reliable,painless for patients without any adverse reaction. So the patients are willing to accept it.
