通过典型病案,介绍田玉荣主任应用二仙汤治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)的经验。其认为CITP主要以肾阳虚损、脾肾阳虚者多见,在本病的辨治中应辨病与辨证相结合,临床善用温阳药物,以提高疗效,防治并发症,改善患者生活质量。

Introduced chief physician TIAN Yurong's experience in treating chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura( CITP) by using Erxian Tang based on several typical cases. In TIAN 's opinion,CITP is mainly caused by kidney-yang deficiency and yang-deficiency of both spleen and kidney,so differential diagnosis of disease should combine with differentiation of symptoms and signs. TIAN excels at using drugs for warming yang as the treatment can enhance the curative effect,prevent complication and improve the patients' life quality.
