独一味胶囊联合阿片类药物治疗中度癌性疼痛25例临床观察

Clinical observation of Duyiwei Jiaonang combined with opioid analgesics in treating 25 cases with moderate cancer pain

目的研究独一味胶囊联合阿片类药物治疗中度癌性疼痛的临床效果。方法选择中度肿瘤相关性疼痛(评分在4~6分)的恶性肿瘤患者50例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,并对其进行对症止痛治疗,对照组常规给予阿片类药物止痛,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用独一味胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,2周后观察患者治疗前后疼痛缓解程度及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率(92%)明显高于对照组(60%),2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中对照组有4例(16%)发生恶心、呕吐等不良反应,治疗组有2例(8%)出现上述不良反应,2组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论独一味胶囊联合阿片类止痛药物治疗中度癌性疼痛疗效良好,能有效改善患者生活质量,加快预后时间,临床接受程度高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Duyiwei Jiaonang combined with opioid analgesics in relieving moderate cancer pain. Methods 50 cases of malignaucy with moderate tumor ache were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given opioid analgesics. Besides that,the treatment group was intervened with Duyiwei Jiaonang additionally,3 capsules every time,3 times a day. After two weeks,the pain releasing correlative factors of life quality( such as sleep,anxiety,depression) were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group( 92%) was obviously higher than of the control group( 60%). There was a significant difference( P<0.05); 4 cases( 16%) in control group had adverse actions( nausea,vomiting) while 2 cases( 8%) in treatment group. There was no any significance in comparing the incidence of adverse action( P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Duyiwei Jiaonang combined with opioid analgesics shows good effect in relieving moderate cancer pain and improves the patients' quality of life. It's worth applying and popularizing.
