针刀松解法治疗肩周炎60例临床观察

Clinical observation on acupotomy lysis in treating 60 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的观察针刀松解法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将120例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。治疗组予针刀松解法治疗,对照组予维生素B12、强的松龙局部封闭疗法治疗,同时2组均配合术后功能锻炼。治疗3周后,判定2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈42例,显效16例,无效2例,总有效率为96.7%;对照组治愈30例,显效12例,无效18例,总有效率为70.0%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀松解法治疗肩周炎疗效显著,明显优于封闭疗法,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of acupotomy lysis in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods 120 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases each group. The treatment group was treated by acupotomy lysis. The control group was intervened by local block therapy with vitamin B12 and precortisy. Two groups also took functional exercises after operation. The efficacy was evaluated after 3 weeks. Results In treatment group,42 cases were cured,16 cases were partly effected,2 cases had no effect. In control group,30 cases were cured,12 cases were partly effected,18 cases had no effect. The total effective rates were 96.7% and 70.0% respectively,there was a significant difference( P <0.05). Conclusion The acupotomy lysis is effective in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis and markedly superior to local block t herapy.It's worth applying and popularizing.
