The paper introduced Pro. DAI Enlai's clinical experience in treating migraine resorting to several typical cases. Mr. DAI found the main symptoms of migraine were syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,intense heat of yangming,phlegm-damp and blood-stasis,so he used modified Xuefu Zhuyu Tang,Xiongzhi Shigao Tang,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang respectively and got evident curative effect. The paper also expounded the importance of treatment according to syndrome differentiation,and DAI's clinical pattern featured with combination of disease and syndrome. Based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition,he treats the same diseases with different means through the synthesis of four diagnostic methods,clarifies the pathogenesis and acts directly on the focal.
