“痰瘀同治”方对多囊卵巢综合征模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用

Effects of Tanyu Tongzhi Fang on insulin resistance in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的研究"痰瘀同治"方对多囊卵巢综合征模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用。方法采用硫酸普拉睾酮钠注射联合高脂饲料喂养诱导的造模方法制备伴胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征大鼠模型,通过光镜计算卵巢排卵情况,测量空腹胰岛素(FINS)和血糖(FBG),并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),采用放射免疫法测定性激素[血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)]的水平来评估"痰瘀同治"方对多囊卵巢综合征模型大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。结果与对照组比较,模型组平均排卵数、排卵率及ISI、FSH均显著降低(P<0.01),血清T,E2和LH含量均显著升高(P<0.01),FBG,FINS显著升高,囊性扩张卵泡率显著增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,治疗组平均排卵数及排卵率显著增加,ISI显著升高,FINS显著降低(P<0.01),血清T和E2含量均显著降低,FSH含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 "痰瘀同治"方对伴胰岛素抵抗的多囊卵巢综合征模型大鼠具有改善卵巢排卵障碍、增加胰岛素敏感性和降低性激素水平的作用。

Objective To observe the effects of Tanyu Tongzhi Fang on insulin resistance(IR)in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods PCOS model rats with IR were brought up by injecting sodium prasterone sulfate and feeding high-fat diet.The ovulation,fasting insulin(FINS)and blood glucose(FBG)were measured through spectroscopic analysis,and expressions of sex hormones(serum T,E2,FSH and LH)were e valuated by radio-immune method.Results Compared with control group,in model group,average ovulation number and rate,ISI,FSH decreased(P<0.01);concentration of serum T,E2 and LH raised(P<0.01);FBG,FINS raised,cystic dilatation follicle rate increased(P<0.05).Compared with model group,in treatment group,a verage ovulation number and rate increased,ISI increased,FINS decreased(P<0.01);concentration of serum T,E2 decreased,FSH increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Tanyu Tongzhi Fang can improve ovulation,i ncrease the sensitivity of insulin and reduce the levels of sex hormones.
