整理"新安王氏内科流派传承工作室"负责人王键教授治疗胃病的经验,其临证重脾胃升降,以瓜蒌薤白半夏汤通降胃气,重肝木条达,以一贯煎疏肝和胃。临床应用灵活加减,疗效显著。

This paper collected and sorted professor WANG Jian’s( the head of the research office of Academic Experience Inheritance of Xin’an Wangs’) experience in treating gastropathy. Professor WANG attaches great importance to the spleen and stomach’s ascending and descending,so he often uses Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang to dredge and guide stomach qi downward,keep liver in its smoothly moving state. Yiguan Jian is used by him to sooth liver and regulate stomach. WANG’s therapy is applied clinically with modification and flexibility. It has significant effect.
