试述王清任《医林改错》中风诊治特色

王清任所撰写的《医林改错》继承张仲景、张介宾等学术观点,对中风病有深入认识。王清任认为元气亏虚是中风本源,立"元气归并说"来解释中风的病因病机,针对病机采用益气活血治法,临证治疗以补阳还五汤加减,重用黄芪,活用地龙。同时,王清任重视中风先兆,注意未病先防。其学术思想和治法方药对临床有一定的指导借鉴价值。

Wang QingRen's Corrections on the Errors of Medical Works inherits Zhang Zhongjing,Zhang Jiebin and other academic point of view,and has a deep understanding of apoplexia. He founds the theory of Promordial Qi merger to explain the apoplectic pathogenesis because he believes that apoplexia originates from deficiency of Promordial Qi,and adopts Yiqihuoxue therapies,applys it to clinical treatment with Buyang Huanwu Decoction,using much Astragalus and utilizing earthworm. Meanwhile,Wang Qingren puts importance on apoplexia omen,pays attention to disease prevention. Today his academic thoughts and prescription therapies are still valuable.
