作者从原生、临产、保胎、方药4个方面介绍清代名医、新安医家叶风在《达生篇》中关于孕产方面的学术思想,其观点与现代妇产医学中的许多理论相吻合,对后世医家及中医妇产科学理论的丰富和发展产生了较大影响。

The paper introduced YE Feng's( a famous Xin'an physician of Qing Dynasty) academic thought about pregnancy and obstetrics recorded in his book Dashengpian,involving 4 aspects: natural childbirth,labor,miscarriage prevention and prescription. YE's views are identical to many theories of modern gynemetrics,which exert a great influence over the enrichment and development of traditional Chinese obstetrics and gynecology for l atertimes.
