毫火针配合围针刺法治疗中老年带状疱疹33例临床观察

Clihical observation of milli-fire needling combining surrounded needling in treating 33 quinquagenarian patients with herpes zoster

目的观察毫火针配合围针刺法治疗中老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的66例中老年带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各33例。治疗组采用毫火针配合围针刺法治疗,隔日1次;对照组予布洛芬缓释胶囊、阿昔洛韦及甲钴胺片口服治疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后判定疗效。分别于治疗前、治疗2周后利用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行疼痛评分,比较2组的临床疗效。结果2组治疗后VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后VAS评分及改善分值与对照组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总显效率为72.73%,对照组为42.42%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论毫火针配合围针刺法是一种治疗中老年带状疱疹的有效方法,可及时、有效地缓解疼痛,防止后遗神经痛的发生。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of milli-fire needling and surrounded needling in treating quinquagenarian patients with herpes zoster. Methods 66 quinquagenarian patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 in each. The treatment group was intervened by millifire needling and surrounded needling,once another day,2 weeks as a course; while the control group was given ibuprofen sustained release capsule,acyclovir and mecobalamin tablet. The VAS( visual analogue scale) were g iven respectively before and after 2 weeks of treatment. The VAS scores were compared to determine the effects. R esults In both groups,the VAS scores after the treatments were significantly better than that of before,there was a high statistical difference( P< 0.01). The VAS scores after the treatment in the treatment group and the improved scores were obviously better than that of the control group,the statistical difference was significant( P<0.01). The total effective rate was 72.73% in the treatment group versus,42.42% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion Milli-fire needling combining surrounded needling is an effective approach in treating herpes zoster for quinquagenarian patients. It helps ease the pain timely and effectively even prevent the postherpetic neuralgia( PHN).
