摘要
总结丁锷教授治疗痹证的常用药对,以便提高痹证的临床疗效。其临证常以肉桂配牛黄,凉热互用、化滞通窍;以穿山甲配土鳖虫,攻坚破积,化筋骨之瘀浊;鹿角胶、龟板胶和仙茅、淫羊藿"四仙合用",调肾之阴阳、补任督之精血;以黄芪配枳壳,升降相宜,破气行瘀;以雷公藤配鸡血藤,养血祛风通络,活血蠲痹止痛,临证收效良好。
The paper introduced couplet medicines used by professor DING E in treating arthralgia syndrome effectively. Synergy effect of cinnamon and bezoar can remove stasis and dredge the orifices with cool and heat interoperability; pangolin and wood louse insects can resolve hard mass and eliminate stasis and turbid in the tendon and bone; combination of deer horn glue,tortoise plastron glue,rhizoma curculiginis and epimedium herb can coordinate yin and yang of kidney,tonify essence and blood in ren meridian and du channel; astragalus compounded with fructus aurantii can relieve stagnation of qi and promote circulation of qi with mutual causality of ascending and descending; tripterygium wilfordii mixed with caulis spatholobi can nourish blood to expel wind and dredge collateral,also activate blood circulation to relieve numbness and pain. All these medicine suits obtained satisfactory effect in clinical practice.
