桂枝加葛根汤加味联合颈十针治疗神经根型颈椎病51例临床观察

Clinical observation on 51 cases of modified Guizhi Jia Gegen Tang(桂枝加葛根汤)combined with neck ten needle therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的观察桂枝加葛根汤加味联合颈十针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将153例神经根型颈椎病患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组1、对照组2,各51例。治疗组给予桂枝加葛根汤加味联合颈十针治疗,对照组1给予桂枝加葛根汤加味联合普通针刺治疗,对照组2给予颈十针治疗,6 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后比较3组的临床疗效及治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果对照组1总有效率为84.3%,对照组2为82.4%,治疗组为92.2%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组1和对照组2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组VAS评分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组1和对照组2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂枝加葛根汤加味联合颈十针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切,能明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Guizhi Jia Gegen Tang(桂枝加葛根汤)combined with neck ten needle therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Totally153 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 according to random number table,with 51 cases in each.The treatment group was given modified Guizhi Jia Gegen Tang combined with neck ten needle therapy,the control group 1 was given modified Guizhi Jia Gegen Tang combined with ordinary acupuncture therapy,and the control group 2 was given neck ten needle therapy.Six days constituted a course of treatment.After 2 courses,the clinical efficacy and the visual analogue score(VAS) before and after treatment in the 3 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group 1 was84.3%,that of the control group 2 was 82.4%,and that of the treatment group was 92.2%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups all decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group 1 and the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It has obvious curative effect to use modified Guizhi Jia Gegen Tang combined with neck ten needle therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can markedly improve the clinical efficacy of the patients.It deserves clinical promotion and application.
