复方三七护脉汤联合西医常规治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病稳定型心绞痛20例临床观察

Clinical observation on 20 cases of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with stagnation of the heart blood type treated by Fufang Sanqi Humai Tang (复方三七护脉汤) combined with routine Western medicine treatment

目的观察复方三七护脉汤联合西医常规治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将40例心血瘀阻型冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各20例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合复方三七护脉汤治疗。6周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果对照组总有效率为75%,治疗组为90%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显下降,血清HDL-C水平明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组对各项指标的改善作用更明显,2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方三七护脉汤联合西医常规治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的血脂水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with stagnation of the heart blood type treated by Fufang Sanqi Humai Tang(复方三七护脉汤)combined with routine Western medicine treatment.Methods Forty cases of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with stagnation of the heart blood type were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each.The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given Fufang Sanqi Humai Tang on the basis of the control group.Six weeks constituted a course of treatment,after 1 course of treatment the clinical efficacy,the serum total cholesterol(TC)level,the triglyceride(TG)level,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level,and the low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75%,that of the control group was 90%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TC,TG and LDL-C decreased signifcantly,while the serum level of HDL-C increased significantly in the two groups,there was statistically significant difference compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the improvement effect of the treatment group on all the indicators was more significant,and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy to use Fufang Sanqi Humai Tang combined with routine Western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with stagnation of the heart blood type.It can significantly improve the blood lipid level and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
