中医内外结合疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张33例临床观察

Clinical observation on 33 cases of varicose veins of the lower extremities treated by TCM internal and external combined therapy

目的观察中医内外结合疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法将66例下肢静脉曲张患者按就诊先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组,各33例。对照组给予医用循序减压弹力袜治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予中药内服+中药泡足治疗。2组均连续治疗8周后比较2组治疗前,治疗4,8周及随访1个月的静脉临床严重程度(VCSS)评分、并发症发生率及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.94%,对照组为72.73%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗8周及随访1个月后VCSS评分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗4,8周及随访1个月后VCSS评分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗4,8周及随访1个月后VCSS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率为3.03%,对照组为18.18%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医内外结合疗法治疗下肢静脉曲张临床疗效显著,易被患者接受,且可降低并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM internal and external combined therapy in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods Sixty-six cases of varicose veins of the lower extremities were divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of visiting time,with 33 cases in each.The control group was given medical sequential decompression stretch socks,while the treatment group was treated with oral administration and soaking foot of Chinese materia medica.After the 2 groups were both given consecutive treatment for 8 weeks,venous clinical severity score(VCSS),incidence of complications and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups before treatment,treatment for 4,8 weeks and follow-up for 1 month were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%,that of the control group was 72.73%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After the control group was treated for 8 weeks and followed up for 1 month,VCSS all significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment group was treated for 4,8 weeks and followed up for 1 month,VCSS all significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the VCSS of the treatment group after treatment for 4,8 weeks and follow-up for 1 month was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the treatment group was 3.03%,that of the control group was 18.18%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM internal and external combined therapy in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities has significant clinical efficacy,which is easily accepted by patients and can decrease the incidence of complications.
