加味益气解毒饮联合头孢克肟治疗合并糖尿病的复杂性尿路感染

Observation on Curative Effects of Modified YiQi JieDu Drink and Cefminox for Diabetic Patients with Complicated Urinary Tract Infection

目的:观察加味益气解毒饮联合头孢克肟治疗合并糖尿病的复杂性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:将合并糖尿病的复杂性尿路感染患者66例随机分为对照组与试验组各33例。2组患者均予头孢克肟100 mg口服,2次/d,试验组在此基础上予加味益气解毒饮,1剂/d,早晚各服用1次,2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程观察临床疗效。结果:试验组总有效率为90.91%,对照组为76.67%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味益气解毒饮联合头孢克肟治疗合并糖尿病的复杂性尿路感染的临床疗效优于单纯应用头孢克肟,且安全可靠。

Objective: To investiage curative effects of modified YiQi JieDu drink and cefminox in treating complicated urinary tract infection of diabetic patients. Methods: All 66 patients were randomized into the control group and the experiment group, 33 cases each group. Both groups took cefminox orally, 100 mg, twice per day, the experiment group were administered with modified YiQi JieDu drink, one dose per day, once in the morning and evening, two weeks were one couse of the treatment, clinical effects of both groups were observed after treating in two courses of the treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the experiment group was 90.91%, higher than 76.67%of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion: Curative effects of modified YiQi JieDu drink and cefminox are superior to these of cefminox only in treating complicated urinary tract infection of diabetic patients, and the therapy is safe and reliable.
