射频消融联合中医保守疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effects of Radiofrequency Ablation Combined with TCM Conservative Treatment in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察射频消融联合常规中医保守疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,2组患者均给予常规中医治疗,治疗组在常规中医治疗基础上联合射频消融治疗,评价治疗前后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、JOA评分及JOA评分的好转率和临床疗效。结果:治疗组在VAS、JOA评分及JOA评分好转率方面均高于对照组(P<0.05),但治疗组治疗1周时与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2周时比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组为76.7%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融联合中医保守疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症可改善患者的疼痛症状,具有疗效肯定、创伤小等优点。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of radiofrequency ablation combined with conventional TCM conservative treatment in treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods: All 120 patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group, 60 cases each group, both groups accepted conventional TCM therapy,the treatment group received radiofrequency ablation on the foundation of conventional TCM therapy. Clinical effects, visual analogue scale(VAS), JOA scale and improvements rate of JOA scale were evaluated before and after treating. Results: The treatment group was higher than the control group in VAS, JOA scales and JOA scales improvement rate(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference when the treatment group after treating in one week was compared with the control group(P >0.05), the difference had significant statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating for two weeks(P<0.01), total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%, higher than 76.7% of the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects(P<0.05). Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation combined with TCM conservative treatment in treating LDH could notably improve the pain of the patients, and the therapy shows the advantages of definite curative effects and minor trauma.
