试析教师侵犯学生合法权益的原因及对策

Try to Analyse the Causes and Countermeasures of Teachers'Infringement of Students'Lawful Rights and Interests

目前教师侵犯学生合法权益的现象十分普遍 ,大致有十种表现。究其原因有教师教育观念落后、法律意识淡薄、职业道德水准下降、应试教育存在、教育手段欠缺等。为此必须通过转变教育观念 ,加强法制教育 ,加强师德建设 ,提高教师管理技能 。

At present,it is common that some teachers infringe upon students' lawful rights and interests.This essay analyses mainly ten phenomena,the main reasons are following:the laying behind sense of education,the nonchalance of legal consciousness,the falling vocational morality,the existence of exam oriented education and the deficiency of educational ways,so some countermeasures must be carried out to prevent some teachers from infringing upon students' lawful rights and interests,such as by changing the sense of education,strengthening the legal education,strengthening the construction of teachers' morality and improving the skills of management.
