Buddhist fundamental analysis about all things or all phenomenon is to a great extent reflected in its theory of 'dharma'.The article deals with this concept ,studies the Buddhist explanation about 'dharma' in the different period, particularly analyses the classification for 'dharma' of some main schools in Hinayana Buddhism and Mahayana Buddhism,thus the author has shown the main features of Buddhist theoretical system from an important respect.
