浦东文明社区测评模式创新的若干思考

Some Idea of the Creative Valuing Model of the Pudong Civilized Community

科学测评体系的确立是社区精神文明创建乃至社区建设良性发展的重要保证。但目前不少地区存在着由于过多偏重测评中指标体系的构建 ,相对忽略测评体系整体模式创新的倾向 ,而文明社区测评模式的创新本身正是城市管理现代化的重要组成部分。近年来 ,浦东对此作出了极为可贵的探索 ,现试图结合其成功经验 ,进行必要的理论分析 。

The establishment of the scienific valuing system is the guarantee of the civilized community and the better cricling of the construction of the community. But nowadays, there do exist the phenomon th overweigh the construction of the criteria system ia n few areas. And the creativity of the whole model is neglected. However, it is the creativity is the important component of the modern management of the city. Recently, there is some valuable exploration in Pudong. And this article tries to do some necessary analysis combining its sucessful experiment, and raise some creative idea for consultation.
