摘要
通过分析卢梭提出“公意”概念的目的、含义及其形成过程,进而考察卢梭的“主权论”学说的实质,还卢梭是现代民主理论倡导者的本来面目。
The academic circles have different understanding and comment on Rousseau's thoughts.This paper by analysing the purpose for which he put forward the concept of“public consciousness”,the meaning of public cousciousness and its formation and exploring his theory of sovereighty,thinks that Rouseau was the advocator of the modern democratic theory.
