Analyses on the Property Right in Mass-run Schools

民办学校应是指非政府和其他非国有性质的单位、个人利用非国有资产投资 ,形成前期固定资产的学校。目前 ,民办学校的财产权结构束缚了其发展。

Schools run by the local people refer to schools not operated by government education departments with pre-fixed asset rising from the non-state-owned funds in non-governmental institutions or other units, individuals. At present, the structure of property right in mass-run schools is fettering their development. Thus this article suggests that similar structures of property right in the system of enterprise legal person should be established in schools of this type.
