摘要
西部的发展是一个事关中国社会主义现代化发展和建设的具有战略性的全局问题。邓小平审时度势 ,提出了非均衡发展战略 ,在西部发展中 ,依靠少数民族 ,以经济建设为中心 ,科教文卫综合发展等理论思想。
The western region development is a strategic overall program concerning the development and construction of Chinese socialist modernization. DENG Xiao-ping made a correct assessment of the situation and put forward a set of theories, such as the strategy of unbalanced development, relying on the national minority to develop science, education, economy, culture and hygiene comprehensivelywith the core task of economic construction during the western region development.
