黑龙江省旅游业的主导产业条件基本形成。旅游业的发展将有效地促进第三产业产出效率的提升并有利于加速区域产业结构合理化和高度化的进程。应实行比较优势战略 ,坚持政府规划和市场运作的原则 ,搞好重点旅游区域的布局。
The basic conditions are ripe to develop tourism into a dominant industry in Heilongjiang. The development of tourism will contribute to raising the output ratio in the tertiary industry effectively and speeding up the pace of optimizing regional industrial structure. In line with planning by government and market operation, we should carry out strategy of comparative advantages to optimize the distribution of key tour areas.
