摘要
女权主义在文学翻译作品中表现为倾向性明显的创造性叛逆。对有悖于女权主义宗旨的原作,改革派女权主义译者主张在翻译处理中通过措词选择做不同程度的修正,而激进派则力主“重写”。在翻译实践中,女权主义的创造性叛逆通过补偿、前言或脚注、挪用三种途径得以完成。这种创造性叛逆现作为特殊语境下的文化现象,特别是其“同性作品由同性翻译”的观点,是值得翻译界深思的。在我国,这种理念并未波及到翻译界,女性译者认同文学翻译的总体原则,但在具体过程仍不自觉地显示出了女性特征。
Feminists in the west tend to avail themselves of creative infidelities in their translation of literary works that convey ideas contrary to the principles of feminism. Some advocate modification of words used in the original; others even insist on rewriting them. Such an idea of translation, however, has not spread to China. Women translators there accept the general principles of literary translation, yet they are sometimes inclined to give their translations a slight tinge of femininity, betraying an aesthetic taste different from that of their male colleagues.
